This is a comfortable holiday apartment with two terraces and a double car port in a popular and central holiday residence estate, ideally situated for getting to the pedestrian zone and the main beach by the North Sea.
The ground-floor apartment, suitable for senior citizens, welcomes you with two bedrooms with double beds, a generous living room with an additional bed, a separate kitchen-diner and two bathrooms. The living space of 112m² features parquet and tiled flooring, external blinds and an alarm system, as well as back-friendly furniture and a fully-equipped kitchen for your convenience. You step inside into the entrance area with a wardrobe and a hallway leading to the individual rooms. The two bedrooms each have a double bed with two single mattresses (90 x 200cm). Summer and winter down duvets are provided. There are bedside tables and reading lamps on either side of the bed, so you can read a good book before going to sleep. Both rooms also have wardrobes for storing your luggage. You can relax together in the cosy living room after a day trip, with two armchairs, a two-seater sofa and a TV armchair with an integrated footrest. The flatscreen TV with a USB port provides entertainment. Wireless Internet access is available. There is also a comfortable sofa bed that can be pulled out as a bed measuring 160 x 200cm for a fifth and sixth guest. The generous separate kitchen-diner is equipped with all the necessary appliances for self-catering, including a dishwasher, a four-zone hob with an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In front of the cooking space there is an upholstered corner bench with two chairs around a dining table by the window. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, and a WC, as well as a towel radiator and a window. One of the two bathrooms also has a bath. Please note that you have to bring your own bed linen and towels.
You can sit outside on two terraces with garden furniture and 7-position chairs, for dining outdoors. You can use an equipment room in the cellar of the residence with a dryer and coin-operated washing machine, as well as a bicycle room. The lift makes sure you avoid going up and down stairs with bulky items. There is a free double car port right on site. There is also a wheelchair ramp in the entrance area of the property. Note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the building.
The pedestrian zone is just 100 metres away with many restaurants, cafés and shops awaiting your visit. The pedestrian zone leads directly to the main beach. The shuttle bus to the newly built Perlebucht family lagoon is about 80 metres away. The beach is 700 metres away. There is a sandy beach 1.5km away. Sports enthusiasts can use the tennis court 500 metres away. There is a golf course just 4km away. You can arrive by train, with a train station just 500 metres away.
