The house is located in Denia in the district Las Marinas in the province Valencia with direct access to the beach. The surrounding area is quiet and ideal for a relaxing vacation with family and children.
The breathtaking holiday house at the Mediterranean Sea offers room for six people and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor there is next to a utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower so that you can directly have a shower after being in the water. The top floor is the main part of the house. In total there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two respectively with single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all required kitchen appliances. The living room offers a flatscreen TV, DVD player and wireless internet. Here there is also a dining table with chairs. A further bathroom with bathtub is available. Air conditioning and central heating are available throughout the year in all rooms. On colder days a fireplace can be used. The living room and a bedroom lead directly to the upper balcony and so you can enjoy your breakfast whilst taking in a lovely view.
The 200m² large terrace is situated between the house and beach offering you direct access to the beach. Outdoor furniture with lighting system on the terrace offers the option to enjoy the fresh air day and night. There are also a sufficient amount of shady places so that you don’t have to lie in the sun all day. The upper balcony offers a splendid view across the waves and the sea. At the side of the house there is a well maintained garden and sufficient parking space. As one can directly access the beach one does not need a pool.
Las Marinas is a great area with restaurants and bars with the hotel restaurant Noguera Mar and restaurant Estanyó the ones in close proximity serving splendid food like paella or fresh fish whilst taking in a view of the quiet sea. It is a five minute walk to the main street and one can also use public transportation. But a car is recommended particularly in the off season.
