Beautiful house with garden and patio on Corsica, situated in between Calvi and Ile Rousse
This beautiful holiday home is located on the marina of Sant'Ambrogio in the municipality of Lumio (Haute Corse). The location is ideal: only 10 km from the international airport in Calvi and 9 km from the Ile Rousse. The house was recently built and is in pristine condition.
The two storey house is surrounded by a fenced in 400 m² garden. Within, as well as outside of the fenced in area, there is a private, covered parking space. The house is easily accessible and in a quiet location. The 40 m² ground floor offers two air conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a wardrobe, one large bathroom with a shower, a utility room (with a washing machine) and a garden facing patio. One of the bedrooms offers garden access via a large sliding glass door. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The 40 m² first floor boasts a small bathroom with a toilet and a sink, a fully furnished kitchen (large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave), as well as a patio facing window and a living room with a sofa bed for two and a large dining table for six people. The first floor also boasts a 10 m² patio with a canopy cover. The dining table can easily be moved onto the patio through the sliding glass door, enabling you to enjoy al fresco dining. On the first floor, you will find a television with satellite reception. Wireless internet connection is available in the house and garden. A child's cot is available upon request. There are two sun loungers and two garden chairs for your enjoyment.
The garden is furnished with a marble top table and 6 chairs. The garden is fully fenced in. It boasts a small utility room with a barbecue, available to our guests.
Shops and restaurants can be found only a few hundred meters from the house (small supermarket, bakery....) and there are two restaurants within about 200 meters of the house. The beach of the marina Sant'Ambrogio can be reached on foot (0.5 km) or by car (0.8 km). Around the marina, there are additional shops and amenities (gas station, hair dresser, shops), as well as a car rental agency, a boat rental, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The natural reserve of SPANO is about 1.5 km from the house and offers a beautiful swimming spot (shallow rocks) and panoramic views of the golf and the citadel of Calvi. From Lumio (10 minutes by car), you can take hikes into the mountains. The town of Algajola can be reached within a 5 minute drive. It offers a beautiful, large sandy beach. The municipality of Sant'Antoninu, one of the most beautiful French towns, is in the vicinity of the house, as well (15/20 minutes). Other towns in the area (Calvi, l'Ile Rousse, Sant'Antoninu, Algajola, Calenzana, Pigna...) are some of the most beautiful towns in the region and offer a variety of restaurants and amenities.
