New holiday home with a private pool in a quiet location in a residential neighbourhood with a lake This holiday home has recently been built and has a pool. It is located on a small lake in Reflexion Lakes, a fairly recent development in south eastern Naples. The 200 m² house was completed in 2015 and boasts a pool, three double bedrooms, an office, two bathrooms with showers and a toilet, a guest toilet and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The furnishings include many electrical appliances, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, towels and bedding, allowing you to enjoy your holiday as soon as you arrive. There are a total of three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The first bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm king size bed; the two other bedrooms are each furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm queen size bed. The open plan kitchen offers generous counter space, including a breakfast bar, all necessary appliances, such as a dish washer, a fridge/freezer with an ice maker, a microwave and much more. The adjacent glass dining table for six lets you enjoy meals together. The windows offer up beautiful lake views. In front of the breakfast bar is the living room, with a three seater sofa with a chaise lounge and an armchair. For your evening entertainment, there is a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Both bathrooms boast a shower, a window a toilet. The first bathroom offers a double sink. There is also a separate toilet, a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, the patio/Arizona room is at your disposal. You will find the heated pool, two sun loungers, a gas BBQ and a dining table for six. The garage offers parking for up to two vehicles. Additional cars can be parked in the drive. Shopping facilities, such as the 5th Avenue in Naples or the Miromar Designer Outlet Malls can be reached easily by car (approximately 50 km). We also highly recommend a trip to Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers and the everglades (about 60 km). In a 5 km diameter, you will find restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. The vicinity offers numerous leisure and sports activities, such as golf courses, Naples Zoo and numerous nature reserves.
